MindPoster — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 July 2026. MindPoster is a social-media management product operated by OMG Organize Me (omgorganizeme.com) as a subproduct of Pilot.

1. Who we are

MindPoster ("MindPoster", "we", "us") is a software service that helps businesses plan, generate, schedule and publish social-media content, and review the resulting engagement metrics. MindPoster is operated by OMG Organize Me. Contact: support@omgorganizeme.com.

2. What this policy covers

This policy explains what information MindPoster accesses and processes when a customer connects their Facebook Page and Instagram Business account through Meta's Platform, and how we handle that information.

3. Information we access

When you connect your accounts, MindPoster accesses only what is needed to provide the service, via Meta's official APIs:

• Facebook Page and Instagram Business account identifiers you explicitly connect;
• The ability to publish content (posts, images, captions) that you or your team schedule;
• Aggregate content performance metrics (impressions, reach, engagement) for content published through or measured by MindPoster;
• Basic account/profile information (name, account ID) needed to manage the connection.

MindPoster does not collect the contents of your private messages, and does not sell your data.

4. How we use the information

We use the information solely to operate the service you requested: to publish the content you schedule, to show you performance metrics, and to improve which content is scheduled next. We do not use it for advertising to you or for any purpose unrelated to providing MindPoster.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only with: (a) Meta Platforms, as required to publish and measure content on Facebook/Instagram; and (b) infrastructure providers that host the service under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information if required by law.

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain connection and content data for as long as your account is active. You can disconnect your accounts at any time, and you may request deletion of your data by emailing support@omgorganizeme.com. You can also revoke MindPoster's access at any time from your Facebook and Instagram settings, which stops all further access.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.

8. Security

We use access tokens issued by Meta, transmit data over encrypted connections, and limit access to authorized systems and personnel.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
