By connecting an account or using MindPoster ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MindPoster helps you plan, generate, schedule and publish social-media content to accounts you connect (such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok) and review the resulting engagement, via the platforms' official APIs.
You are responsible for the accounts you connect and the content you publish through the Service. You confirm you have the right to publish that content and that it complies with the rules of each social platform. You retain ownership of your content.
You agree not to use the Service to publish content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, or that violates the terms of the connected platforms. We may suspend access that violates these Terms or platform policies.
Publishing and measurement happen through third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or decisions made by those platforms.
The Service is provided "as is". We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
To the extent permitted by law, OMG Organize Me is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may terminate access for violations of these Terms.
